My first thought was E 40.But Canibus and K Murray are good ones too.

e 40 had good vocabulation, but so many of his words were self made
keith murray had good vocabulary, but many times he would walk the line between misusing words and stretching their meaning with word play
canibus had a real strong vocabulary and used the words correctly
