Definitely JBL. He was beer-drinking Bradshaw one week and then the next week he was rich JBL with like maybe one promo in character development to that gimmick and then won the belt shortly after. And then he kept beating people who were way over than him. Eddie, Booker, 'Taker (!!!), Big Show, etc.

I was about to type JBL but forgot how furious Cole had me, to this day I don't get why Lawler didn't just get to whip his ass for about 8-10 mins then piledrive him at Mania

Punk. Hated him, briefly grew on me, hate him again. Bores me to death. When he fell off everyone was pretending he was still doing good promos, despite the fact the live audience was getting their blood pressures checked and logging into Twitter when he went on his more recent (before his departure) 15 min rants.

I tend to prefer heels over faces, in general.
