i remember hearing right wingers talk about how the show "went woke", when this season started. and i figured they were on their usual bullshyt

and then i made it as far as that forced "look at us, we're lesbians" dance scene in the first episode, before i had to turn it off maybe you're talking about something different, but i'm assuming that was how the whole season went

Yo this ngga Joel wasn’t shyt Just saw the flashback of him killing the therapist’s husband.

The brilliance of his death was that most shows just show gratuitous bodies being dropped but don’t examine the other side. This did. So his death was understandable but the way he promised to shorty then just murked dude…then lied to the wife

It’s giving me Wire vibes how Stringer being killed was shocking but justified so the show had to do it
