Obama needs to testify before Congress, under oath, live and explain his actions. I think I know what happened here, but if anyone can sell a borderline action, it's Obama.

Rubio didn't order the Intelligence Community to rewrite their product for political ends then use it to spy on Trump and try to oust him from the whitehouse, so he's probably good. But my mind can be changed because I don't like Rubio anyway.
