ToTK gameplay is far better than BoTW and you actually have great story moments and a real villain in this game.

it’s just kind of hard to top the original in peoples brains when you kind of turned the industry upside down with it. There’s a larger discussion to be had about how people feel about iterative sequels these days cause its always the same complaints

We are supposed to remove the ghost statue weapons in the depths. Once we do, they will be replaced with better weapons after the next Blood Moon.

We only have to do it once. If you never do it, it will keep showing them low tier weapons.

This game has so much detail and it don't tell you shyt.

Damn this shyt sold 21 million already?

"Tears of the Kingdom was the first Nintendo-developed game to be priced at US$70.[53] More than 10 million copies of Tears of the Kingdom were sold in its first three days of release, making it the fastest-selling game in The Legend of Zelda franchise, as well as the fastest selling Nintendo game in the Americas with over four million copies sold in the US alone.[54][55] Tears of the Kingdom sold over 2.24 million copies within its first three days of release in Japan, 1.1 million being physical copies.[56][57] In August 2023, it was reported that the sales of Tears of the Kingdom may have boosted the gross domestic product of Japan, with a 2.8% increase in consumer spending in the semi-durable goods sector during April to August 2023, which included video games.[58] By March 2025, it had sold 21.73 million copies worldwide."
