I always found it ridiculous that Cody had such resentment towards his position in the company when he was the one booking his own storylines.

Britt Baker being the ace of the women's division

Cody just a sour mark for himself because he couldn’t get over as a face in AEW. He tried to force it and the crowd hated it. Burning himself for a pop couldn’t do it either.
