To get an idea of how huge those view #s are for that, this reel from Goldberg vs. Gunther posted five days ago has 15.3 million views and Roman's return reel, which for some reason was only posted five days ago, has 12.3 million views. and that's the most viewed WWE reel for the month of July.
They should have posted Lola Vice giving Mr. Iguana the stink

It just hit me sitting on my balcony and looking over to the O2 in the distance that this is the third year in a row we've had a major AEW PPV come to town on the same holiday weekend and they're planning to keep doing it.
That shyt has changed our relationship with major league wrestling completely.
We went 30 years happily taking whatever scraps, Smackdown tapings, 'PPVs' that didn't even get shown in the US, we got all excited for NXT UK only for it to decimate our local scenes and then GTFO like the last chopper was leaving Saigon.
We now effectively have a Wrestlemania weekend every year. All the BritWres indies put shows on, overseas promotions like TJPW get involved. The indies can rely on having a big market in town so they build big angles and put some of their biggest shows of the year on.
WWE bringing the Clashes and MITB recently is great too, but the way AEW has done it has been really nourishing for local wrestling generally.
