Full Gear use to be the end of the year blow out show. It's when Hangman beat Kenny for the title (2021). It's when MJF beat Moxley for the title (2022). Last two years have been whatever though. Probably since World's End became a thing.

I like the CC tournament because it produces a lot of fire matches with people who wouldn't normally interact much but I'm still not sure about the actual prize. You basically win a midcard title which is cool I guess but they should do something to raise the stakes some more.

The Unified/International/Continental title is now the second most important Men's Championship in the company so if it's still the prize for the Continental Classic, the stakes have been raised.

I wish they would fully split ROH from AEW on the road and let say Cole, Daniels, The Bucks, etc. try their hand at booking it with the talent exclusively under 30.

ROH needs a lot of attention and care that it’s not getting from AEW leadership. But pretty sure it tapes alongside AEW 100% for financial reasons. Obviously significantly cheaper to tape it alongside AEW than to even do a whole month’s worth of tapings in one weekend at Daily’s Place even.
