Stitches was evicted from his Miami home, according to court documents recently obtained by the Jasmine Brand.

Stitches was sued by his landlord earlier this year for not paying three months worth of rent on his five bedroom, three bathroom home. The back rent totaled $8,100, the site says in an article published today (December 31).

On September 2, a judge ordered for Stitches and his wife to vacate the home immediately, but did not order the rent to be paid to the landlord.

Stitches has made headlines this year for claiming to sleep with Tyga's girlfriend, Kylie Jenner, and for developing a rivalry with The Game. The Miami rapper questioned The Game's authenticity and then was punched by the Compton, California rapper's manager outside a Miami nightclub.
