Before the typical WP8 sucks posts come in, this is the best phone you are going to get @ about $120 in terms of performance out of contract by FAR.

With flex pay you are looking at $40 down and apparently HSN has a fairly relaxed 30 day return policy. Not a bad way to try a new OS

Good deal for AT&T, but I need that T-Mobile version since their HSPA+ is much faster than AT&T's struggle option

I got this phone
I had the iPhone 4 and switched it to an HTC one x which broke
so I copped the Lumia 521

its not bad
the music app is cool
doesn't lag much
but quality of calls is sub par
it freezes every couple of days and I have to take out the battery to reset
their games need updating
temple run 1 is on their top 10 list

The 520 version I linked apparently works well with AT&T and their "4G" HSPA+ network.

Why do you have to restart every few days? I have never heard of that for a Windows Phone
