I don't mind him at the 2, but I just wanted everyone to realize that the Lakers don't have anyone that is better suited to play the 1. If you play him at the 1 at least he might improve as a PG, but if you put Calderon or Huertas at that position then he's not growing as a player.

IMO, outside Spurs, Warriors, Clippers, and to a lesser extent Thunder, Jazz, and Blazers, I think we can give anyone in the West that work.
They have Ingram running the point to help him grow as a playmaker and so he can play point forward in the future.
The same reason Ingram is left in late in games when a vet would probably be safer for securing a win. Walton isn't just trying to think about winning this season, but also help the players grow.
I think Summer League next year is when he'll start taking a major step forward. His confidence will be higher and he'll (hopefully) have put on some weight by then too.

In that lil scuffle or w/e, is it me or did Randle look to be at least the same height as Cousins? Did he grow an inch or 2? Cousins is 6'10.75 according to DX.
