Is because Doc Rivers didn't want to trade his son away

No it's because PJ thinks he's going to get a young superstar in return for Melo. And he ain't worth that at all. Dude got traded for 50 cents on the dollar in his prime, he's worth 25 cents on the dollar now, if that

They weren't winning the series with Carmelo.
Yeah they would have.

I don't like his game, but that would be him instead of Jamal Crawford trying to lead a comeback. They would probably win game 1 with Melo as well.

The rumored reason I heard was Phil didn't want to take back Jamal Crawford. He wanted Reddikk,at least 1 future pick, and Austin Rivers. So the rumor was the Clippers said they wanted Lee back and Phil was like no.

I trust Carmelo in the playoffs more than I trust Deandre Jordan and Blake Griffin.

These last few years in New York have really tarnished the guy's legacy. Dude is a great player who never had the right pieces around him, and the stray year or two he did, he took Denver to the WCF and led an old NYK team with limited overall talent to 50+ wins.

Hope he leaves. It's best for everyone at this point.
