Get a NAS - a PC backup system, have your computer auto backup weekly. You'll thank me later.

Those dyson fans / heaters
Some proper LED's around the house entertainment center, proper lamps around if light source sucks
Some proper minimal speakers
I only put plants outside, not attracting bugs indoors
Get some bluetooth, wireless headphones in the living room changes the entire experience - you don't have to hear her talk throughout the movie
If you live on wood, get some rugs for here and there - get the finest comfortable - looks hard to clean rug
Keep storage like furniture to a minimal don't pile shyt all over it, keep your spot clean and minimal
