I've seen posters go 10 toes down in response to some fake ass news or a click bait title, where all they had to do was a little research and notice that the story or title is fake. Sprinkle in some "sensationalism", a lil "So how then could u blame hustlers, politicians and preachers for taking advantage of the masses seeing that the majority of the masses are so easily duped? That Crazy Eddie video confirmed something I knew for decades. The term "There's a sucker born everyday" is real. I know I'm not the only one who sees this everyday on social media and go "All of ya'll are really that gullible? What they say about the 85% is real...The 85% are ignorant and easily lead astray. How then can u not blame someone for taking advantage of the ignorant? Especially taking advantage of the ignorant for financial profit? If I dont someone else will. Why not profit from peoples gambling addiction by selling Lotto tickets at my store? If people wanna smoke cigarettes that they know will give them cancer why not profit from their habit by selling them cigarettes?

Looking at Religion as a business. There's nothing wrong with collecting money from your followers if they get "hope from faith" in exchange.

What's so scary about fake news is that it's extremely easy to point out to people who A) know what AP and Rueters is and B) know what janky/suspect URL's are

the average person on social media has no clue about either, completely computer and internet illiterate outside of sharing memes and tweeting :snoop:

Yes, if you value righteousness you can blame them. Everyone has there own moral compass so it’s up to the individual to decide what righteousness is and if they value it.

But what is righteousness? In N America u can be gay and free but u cant prey on lil kids. In those arab/African countries overseas u cant be openly gay and free but you can marry an underage girl. U have arab countries that involve religious related stoning as capital punishment where as our society sees stoning as primitive. So what is righteousness?

You tell me. As I stated in my post, it’s up to the individual to decide what it is an if they value it.

your response is confusing, u said yes u can blame the 10% for takin advantage of the 85% if you value righteousness. And that it’s up to the individual to decide what it is an if they value it.

But if I'm the 10% in an arab country and I use religion to say that its ok to stone a cheating wife to death in the name of righteousness, then thats the 10% telling the masses what is righteous, therefore influencing the individual to say stoning a cheating wife is righteous, Whereas in N America such an act is seen as primitive by someone who would be considered a Cristian.

Yet.... According to you both of them are right. :patrice:
