Three years isn't THAT far away though. Typically, a candidate announces their run about two years- year and a half before (at the latest if you want a real shot). You have to start building up a buzz to have a war chest. If not Hill, I don't see a female president in the near future at all. She is the best shot especially since she is more popular NOW than back then. All those traitors who hopped on the Obama train in 08' gonna line up to kiss the ring It already started with Claire McCaskill. They're shook and don't want to be on the outs.
