Dont play stupid. NFL has enough history for us to conclude that white coaches are coveted and given more opportunities because of their color and nepotism is a factor as well.
There is a reason for the Rooney Rule and they even found a way around that. You will never see a black version of Sean McVay. His family coaching history with Grudens is how his position not because he was working as janitor and somebody stumbled across him writing exotic plays in a notebook.
