Source was supposed to give Minstrel Show 5 mics but this was during the Benzino era. Listening should have gotten it to but that’s more of my opinion.

I feel like with Lupe the closest he came to that level of acclaim was Tetsuo & Youth.

i love MS I dont think its a 5 mic album

Also. nikkas is really shytting on F&L in here. Both are great albums I may pick Minstrel Show but by a small margin.

It's a great album, I just don't like it as much as I did when it came out. Whereas I feel even stronger about the Minstrel Show now than when I first heard it.

The highs on food and liquor are much better and Lu lyrically was better than phonte and Pooh. The impact food and liquor had was too great

I listen to F&L probably every 3 months. TMS doesn’t have a ‘Hurt me soul’ on it

Little Brother's classic is The Listening. The Minstrel Show has always been overly hyped by people online, but it was never on the level of the first album. 9th's sound was already getting stale by the second album.

F&L was much doper.
