The final boss fight in Metal Gear Solid and all the dialogue leading up to it and even during the battle
Discovering that you were actually the bad guy the entire time in Star Wars KOTOR

Nothing can touch sephiroth killing that girl in ff7. Changed the entire atmosphere of a legendary epic game. And you knew about it beforehand, everybody had that game, didnt matter if u played rpgs or not, if u had a playstation u had that game. Still didnt change how powerful of a moment it was.
