When i went for my current position(programmer) I had to interview in front of 4 indians, my dept is made up of 80% indians.

Breh, how you deal with these Indian n!ggas? I'm about to graduate in comp sci and these dudes are racist as fu(k. I would hate to work with them in the future.

Honestly, I've never had a problem with them. They've all been cool with me. They are always trying to teach me there culture , share the food they bring it etc. It's funny with the men when it comes to hygiene though, you either have the ones who dont care for deodorant or the metrosexual ones. Its like no in-between.

Whatever they say @ home . HR doesnt play at my job so nobody is going to get out of line.

Lol People bringing up "Black racism"...

"Black Racism"= Calling someone a "cac" on a messageboard

"White Racism"= Destruction of entire races of people, Enslavement of millions, Jewish Genocides, Withholding jobs/opportunities, etc.

Black people don't have enough power for our racism to really make a difference. If you want to end something, you have to attack its source...

This is part of the reason I plan on quitting my job in a couple months... I can't stand working with and for entitled white people. Writing a business plan right now, taking this shyt in my own hands.

Whole post is on point, but the last paragraph is what I'm on lately. I cant work the rest of my life under these white folks....or anyone for that matter. lol We depend on white money too much. I've got a few ideas that I'm working on right now and I'm trying to get my guys on the same mindframe I'm on....a spirit of economic independence. At this point, it's our way only out of this mess.
