its always the same 8 teams.

Why can't we get the bucks twolves Hornets Jazz or any other team some air time. Yes they suck but it's like every week it's. Cavs vs clippers. Knicks vs rockets. Spurs vs lakers. Okc vs Spurs

thats the problem. why on a full ass friday night (theres fukking 14 games next friday for instance) is there no leeway in moving games around. toss a few extra games to thursday night, so you can pick the best options for the tnt broadcasts. friday we are stuck with a bosh-less heat, vs a bad pelicans team where davis seems questionable every other game. they cant change that fukking trash to warriors/raptors

TNT isn't paying all of that money so they can broadcast two games, meanwhile there are eight other games available for viewers with League Pass or whatever to watch. Same way Disney isn't paying all of that money so that the Sunday ABC games can have other games available.

These things seem "simple" to you and others because you're just looking at it from a "I'm a fan, I wanna see the best game, why can't I see the best game?" perspective and not from a business angle.

Besides, it's 2015, breh, just get the fukking League Pass and be done with it.

This and to add:

you run the risk of having games not being able to be aired if it gets flexed out

What business angle. The NBA regular season is not the NFL regular season. ESPN kicked the Lakers/Knicks game to the curb because they both suck. Nobody would have watched it and for good reason. They replaced it with fukking celebrity bowling :mjlol:

They most definitely should be trying to market the best players and teams. There was a buzz around that Warriors/Hawks game and most people in the nation couldn't watch it and I personally talked to many people who were dumbfounded that it wasn't available unless you had league pass.

I had league pass the announcers are terrible. I like the national broadcasts better.

been this way since the 90's on NBC. Jazz/Sonics, Suns/Spurs, Bulls/Pacers, Knicks/Heat

Difference(problem) is now, NBA games are on national TV: Sun, Tuesday, Wed, Thursday, Friday. So you get the same 8-9 teams like 5 times a week now. It's overkill, I think that's why I'm disinterested for right now until the playoffs.

No excuse for not having access to every game in HD in 2015.

Thats not really the point.

I imagine many fans like the thought of the rest of the world (casual fans) being able to see their team on a bigger stage than league pass tv. Im sure ATL Mem and TOR want to see their team nationally more often.

You know the shyt is a joke when the ABC Sunday west coast game seemingly involves a variation of LAC/LAL sometimes DAL and SA

Thank god we dont have to watch Boston anymore.

theres a dozen other games on friday people with league pass will be watching other than heat/pelicans. why not put the marquee game of the night on espn during that timeslot, which is raptors//warriors. i have access to every game. you know what i was tuned into? other shyt besides cavs/wiz last night
