He was talking about "not all that bad" in the context of Gangsta rap albums not standing for anything or having a uncompromising message in that era. It was actually a compliment He wasn't talking aboult how much the album knocked or not, which is what I'm assuming you care most about.

He didn't say much in the review of this album that I disagreed with

Alot of the songs don't stay on topic of the concept... True.
Some really good concept songs... True.
Some really dope bangers & instrumentals... True.
Game spittin good lyrics with dope flows at times... True.
Game rehashing tired shyt about his history... True.
Game biting styles & flows... True.

So what he said to me was that this was an overall shallow album that bangs. What more nikkas really want to know about an album?
