How can you evaluate a coach when he is handcuffed, that is hard to do
How many times can they replace the medical staff before the question arises of an issue with that organization as a whole?
Do you feel he will able to finesse another GM job or is over?

That medical staff is the leftovers of the Saints medical and it'll stay that way because they're an afterthought even to ownership

He wasn’t a good gm and Willie will lose his job soon too but all of them will always have a built in excuse because your best player was not healthy the entire time. The two years he played the most, he still managed to get hurt before the season ended.
