Nick Bezzel I know personally. We don't always see eye to eye but having talked to him several times and training with him I know he's a good brother and comes from a place of love when it comes to our community.

I been trying to tell Leftists to stop supporting "gun control ". Gun control laws will not disarm their enemies on the right. They already have tons of guns and ammo and ain't giving up shyt. It wIll only leave the Left and Black folks disarmed.

It's interesting - I talked to Nick and him and I have had disagreements about 'doing enough' for the community. He is doing outreach and has people in his gun group regularly.

I have a lower common denominator in Black gun owners in my group. Many are newer and there is still resistance to owning certain guns. Even within my family, while a lot of them own handguns, they get onto me about my enthusiasm for training regularly and think it will make me a "target". I try to overcome the mental gap that we SHOULD be training and there shouldn't be a stigma.

I even recall when I was on the local news regarding Black gun ownership and this one woman's back was literally turned to the camera and the woman was saying her privacy was invaded.

White Liberals, Leftists, and the Black folks that support these policies are a detriment to us. At the end of the day those that preach gun control will NOT be the ones protecting you or your loved ones in a time of need.

Cops aren't legally obligated to protect us according to several Supreme Court rulings too. People forget that.

VA is pro gun. D.C. is improving.

MD is weird. A lot of hoops to jump through to own a handgun but not so bad for rifles and shotguns. Peculiar rules regarding AR's but they are not banned outright.

What kind of hoops? It's easy in Texas.

The fact that Black folks tend to be in the South it's a no-brainer for us to get them. I don't think many of them need convincing though since many rural Blacks have more traditional ideals.

Before you can buy a pistol you have to have a "Handgun Qualification License". To get one you have to show proof that you had 4 hours of firearm training and you have to send your fingerprints to the state police for approval. Then to buy a pistol more hoops. You have to fill out a form and send that to the State Police and wait a week to get approval to pick up the pistol.
