Steve Bartman'a attempt to catch a foul ball turned into the worst decision of his life and continued the Century long suffering for Cubs fans until 2016.

My question - What would be a realistic but tragic situation that would be on par with or worse than Steve Bartman's foul ball catch attempt that would bode very dangerous for a particular fan of a franchise who is struggling to correct their legacy?

My answer:

The Jets make it to the postseason with their first ever star QB and, after a scramble touchdown in the Super Bowl, as the QB walks to the sideline a fan runs to take a selfie w/ him and causes the Q
Jets QB to take a slight fall and sprains an ankle.

I don't think the fan would make it out of the stadium...
