On another note, they can sell the naming rights to an insurer for 300 mil plus for 100 years and flip that to some investor for 200 in todays value.


Then use that 20% and get an equity partner/lender

The instant they get teams in LA again it'll be the beginning of the end for the NFL as the popular sport in the US. They see market size and don't pay any attention to the atmosphere of LA. Ain't nobody getting stuck in traffic for 7 hours to go see the NFL especially in a city full of transplants. This is one of those smart people looking at nothing, but potential instead of reality.
