shyt seems unprofessional and ghetto to me. She's a Black woman. So she's not appropriating AAVE or anything, it just don't sound right in an office setting.

This is her first conversation with a B2B contact we were given...bad first impression if I'm on the other end of the phone.

It's a first impression in an office setting. shyt was bad to me.

We talk like that all the time to eachother and customers and other vendors that we already know. But this was not a known individual.
