Ohio State is pretty much the only program in the nation right now that has any chance to end the SEC's national championship run. No other non-SEC team has the combination of elite coach and elite players that the Buckeyes do. All the other traditional powerhouses (Texas, USC, Miami, etc) are on the decline.

If Ohio State can't do it then no one can.

:stopitslime:

It's probably too early to start a 2014 thread, but I will say this.

1. The top player of the '14 class is probably Da'Shaun Hand, a DE from Woodbridge, VA. You SEC motherfukkers better keep him the fukk outta Blacksburg since he doesn't want any parts of coming to Charlottesville. I'm already worried about dealing with Kendall Fuller for the next 3-4 years; I don't need Hand to add to that.

SEC motherfukkers? You better do some research. It's gonna be a VaTech-Michigan battle till he decides.. and I like Michigans chances too. We're already in his top 3 and he hasn't even stepped foot in Ann Arbor yet. While he does like Bud Foster, he's already come out and said the Michigan coaches as a whole are his favorite bunch. :youngsabo:

4 DB's (top cornerback in the country)

4 LB's

7 D-linemen

I love that we're building depth on defense

:win: for Muschamp

Breh .. Hargreaves is Revis 2.0 That kids gonna be so damn good. :salute:

We got it covered breh. The new head coach there is former Auburn linebacker. :russ:

My mom's side of the family went to that HS back in the 70's and 80's as a side note.

Cool. Y'all did keep Derrick Green from staying in-state. You are appreciated. :salute:

Hand going to VaTech Kid loves Bud Foster....

2014 has is stacked with high end Florida talent. Hopefully this NCAA bullshyt is over with so we can :eat:

Yup, South Florida in particular got some really quality players:ohlawd:

I ain't even that mad at losing Collins, there's arguably 4 RB's in the 2014 class from South Florida that are better:manny:

I think we will go atleast 9-3 this year, get a bowl game and probably a top 25 finish, and hopefully we can pull some good recruits in

Canes add 4* WR Derrick Griffin, 6'7 210

Al must have gotten the green light to sign 85, class should be around #10 on most sites. not bad considering all the fukkery

Now way this kid qualifies tho.....

Texas A&M couldn't get him into school but somehow he has the grades to get into Miami :comeon:

Al gonna place him in some Prep/JUCO n pray he hits the books unlike Angelo Jean-Louis :upsetfavre:

Miami was disappointed on national signing day when multiple targets decided to play for other programs. The Hurricanes had made up for the effort by signing a pair of ESPN 300 recruits in the past week. The latest was ESPN 150 tight end Derrick Griffin (Rosenberg, Texas/Terry) .

Griffin was the top recruit still available and ranked as the 33rd overall prospect by ESPN RecruitingNation. He immediately becomes the crown jewel of Miami's class this year -- if he makes it to campus. Griffin may not play for Miami this season.

"From what I'm hearing, newly-signed recruit Derrick Griffin will have an uphill battle qualifying academically at UM," Jorge Milian of the Palm Beach Post tweeted.

Mike Farrell of Rivals.com added, "Sign and place I think, big-time potential though."

Griffin may have to spend a year at a prep school in order to improve his grades. Although, it isn't a foregone conclusion Griffin won't qualify for Miami this year:

Sam Khan Jr.
Derrick Griffin commits to Miami

"There have long been concerns over Griffin's ability to academically qualify, but Griffin has been working diligently this year at improving in the classroom and made the A-B honor roll at Terry in the fall semester.

He recently took the ACT, and McGowan said Griffin will take it up to four more times. In the meantime, he'll continue to work to raise his grade point average to improve his chances to qualify through the NCAA clearinghouse."

we have Coley if we need a true frosh WR, Griff can prep out and try for next year. kind of like that size on the outside but he probably grows into TE

Walford
Sandland
Dobard
Griffin

were loaded @ TE for the next 4 years
