I completely believe although without proof we hired Beltran to get in on the sign stealing cheating. So I'm kinda glad this blew up before he was actually managing and we could get a new manager. It would have been so FML typical Mets that the scandal blew up while he was managing games and possibly cheating for us. I think we dodged a bullet.
LOL We didn't need Beltran to cheat.

Uh, I do not want him. His Home vs Away splits are not good and he makes a ton of $. We got a great, young, cheap core please do not break them up.

After the way the team finished the 2nd half of the season I would've given him 1 more season. I understand the decision to let him go, hopefully we can carry some of the momentum from last year into this year.
