Illinois...ehhhhh not an easy schedule for IL, @Duke (likely win), OSU (auto-loss), @IU (likely loss), @Wisky (likely loss), USC (likely loss), @Wash (likely loss, travel that far has spelled doom for the B1G road teams).

Auburn? Talented, but I'm not buying anything Freeze is selling, Bama & UGA at home tho. No LSU, UF, or Texas.

Not saying they can't...It's just not as easy as it looks (oregon has an easy ass schedule for example, so does PSU).



Road games are tough, unless you're a perennial top program, so going to duke isn't an easy dub...but I still think UICU wins. The B1G was AWFUL in those cross country road games, I think PSU was the only team to win on the west coast, and I don't think any of the west coast, so Wash will be tough.

IU is more 50/50, leaning towards a win, but if Cignetti is the real deal, he'll beat UICU at home.

OSU will beat them by 2 TDs min. They'll be a preseason #1, and OSU should be able to beat illinois with even a 3rd string QB.

- This the same Illinois that lost to Minny, beat Purdue by ONE point, while giving up 49. When they faced PSU and Oregon they lost by double digits. I don't think they're going to beat the top 3-4 teams in the conference yet.

Wisky been ass lately, but I think next year they turn it around some, otherwise Fickell really is a dud. Wisky on the road is a tough environment to win in. Wisky gave oregon a pretty tough game last year.

Illinois could win 9-10 games, but I don't see them winning more than 10, and I don't think they make the playoffs.

Yeah Urban took recruiting to that next level. Tress was trending more nationally but his bread n butter was Ohio kids. Would always get the top Ohio talent. Don’t see it as much now a days.
