I would say he’s white James Franklin but that’s an insult to Franklin. Rhule got two T25 dubs and them hoes came at Temple.

Franklin is significantly better than Rhule. PSU will be kicking themselves next year. They already missed on Cig before they even had a chance - IU's boosters are supposedly locked tf in and have the NIL working like a well oiled machine. Now they've entered the "why not Urban?!?" phase of the coaching search, to be followed by offering Rhule or PJ Fleck or hopefully (for their sake) Mizzou's coach.
