15 year anniversary. been meaning to make this thread for a while. i got a feeling that somebody else is about to cash in, so let me do it now.

jams for days. just endless. whether it was an official bad boy single, or a bad boy remix or a song that featured a bad boy artist, or the extended family(junior mafia). i know that im forgetting alot, so feel free to add on. too much to remember.

those sound like legit hits to me :yeshrug:

also I believe Victory belongs on that list.

im not saying that payola was the only reason that these were hits.

im citing the fact that just about all of these songs got endless radio/video rotation, and alot of them were out at the same time. theres obvioius foul play there.

and its common knowledge that puff was heavy with that payola and is one of the reasons why rap is where its at today.

as long as its good music on the radio I dont care who was paid or what negative means got it there. :myman:

I could make a 97 playlist with all those songs and never get tired of it.

it set the groundwork for all of the bad songs to get 202020 spins a day.

and radio was better before bad boy actually.

not saying that radio wasnt already corrupt and that puff is the first and sole culprit, but that bad boy run changed radio for the worst.

i just feel obligated to say this. if im gonna celebrate, i gotta acknowledge the bad side as well.
