I think we should get a thread going that shows regular citizens standing up for their Constitutionally protected rights against police. I think its beneficial for everyone to know/learn their actual rights and how to manage interactions with the law.

I don't know. I haven't checked any of the follow up but he handled himself very well in this traffic stop and he held his ground without escalating the situation/putting himself in danger. The probable cause needed to search his vehicle was not there and he made the officer aware of it. I think his camera in the car also helped keep the cop in check. Without it the cop might have just told him to fukk off and dragged this guy outta the car.

Hes fake. I just pulled the police dispatch archive broadcasts and their is no reference to anything he is claiming and we can hear the so called sops radioing in. Plus the one cop is Big Black from the Rob and Big show. Suckas! So the Philly police are creating a fake event as an attempt to build up this person fake profile (all while they collect bank from the donations he is getting, but most importantly they will now have an inside guy they can use to manipulate and protests and actions the would occur if the event were real This is how Jessie Jackson and Rev Al sharpton were created anall so they (the government) could use them as their inside intel gatherers. You folks in the law enforcement needs to wise up to the game that the crown based actors who are your supervisors are trying to do you your organizations. they want to create drama so the people will finally get fed up with what they think are real events of police abuse but in actually they spys in the agency are wanting to remove the police and replace them with a federal force.

I wouldn't call this fake, IMO. Either way though, its only the first example of many where citizens know their rights and exercise them without putting anyone in danger.


If you are witnessing an event, film it. Police that are ON-DUTY are fully eligible to be recorded. You cannot record an off-duty officer.
