No. You're spot on. It's very suburban.

But there are areas which are popular with young professionals. Also the areas around Middlesex Uni are popular with students. Very leafy..middle class with a nearby tube station.

But I like it because beyond the buy-to-let...it's a place I could see myself living. The first thing I want to buy is a family home. So even if I don't live there for a while...I want it to be in Barnet.

Some of the best schools in the country...lots of greenery. Inner city congestion

I'm putting my money behind a music artist that I signed to my company.

Hitting the studio next month to knock out as many songs as possible, photoshoot and music visual. Looking into marketing agencies that can take this business to the next level.

We're in the right city. Even small movements can gain traction.

A good hustle is selling stuff on ebay. Its easy. You have to do a little bit of research tho. For whatever you're selling you want to go on ebay and look it up. Change the options to "ending soonest" so you can get an idea of what it's going for by the time the auction ends. The main thing I sell is cell phones. I get them off craigslist....negotiate a price (haggle a little) til you get the price you want. Most people need money on craigslist so they'll almost give the stuff away. I make an extra 300-500 a week doing it

im finally leaving the Title company, they kept pushing me to be a Team Leader but i wasnt feeling it like that

so i had my boy set me up with a interview in Mortgage Banking, they offered me the position... so im just waiting on my full transfer to go through (Monday)

besides that just chilling.... tryna gameplan on another side hustle...im thinking i might start doing taxes this year
