Let's track our workouts, brehs. This is an accountability thread. For me, for you, for all of us.

I did 100 pushups earlier today and I won't lie to you, I'm just not feeling it tonight. I'm doing this intense workout regimen and last night I went hard, so hard that I felt it deep in my muscles, almost down to my BONES. I'm not afraid of that feeling tho, I'm not afraid of pain, because the last time I did this, my muscles was growing almost on command. I felt like CT Fletcher, "I command you to grow!"

After that intense workout last night, I honestly feel like I have nothing left to give. But guess what? The work dont stop. I have to dig deep, and find something. And I found it. Tonight I'm angry. And I'm focusing, channeling all that anger, all that energy into this workout. There are no excuses. Ever. Let's go.

She cheated on you? Your friend betrayed your trust? Your family working your nerves? Your job doing you dirty? You sick of being hated just cause of WHO WE ARE?

I don't care where you get the energy from, just get it. Nicca, let's go.

I'm done. Another night where I left it all on the floor. I wasn't feeling it, lord knows I wasn't feeling it, but the excuses I kept trying to give myself just wasn't cutting it.

"You're too sore from last night."

"You only got 4 hours of sleep last night."

You already did 100 pushups so at least you did SOMEthing today."

"Just go super hard tomorrow."


I won't lie, I had to fight the excuses hard. I had to just shut out all the noise, think about life issues and tell myself that I needed an outlet for all life's frustrations. And that's what I did.

My body feels like I murdered it. And somehow, somehow I was able to dig deep and go even harder than I went last night.

And guess what I ate today? I'm in a caloric deficit. I was actually planning to fast today (a full 24 hours) but as I said, I was really feeling it from last night's workout so I had to eat something.

So I ate 2 pieces of toast, 2 salmon patties and 2 slices of cheese. Thats all I ate for the entire day.

At first I was thinking I was gonna have to eat something else after this workout cause I knew my body would be spent but here I am, no longer hungry, body operating off pure adrenaline.

Going for a 6 pack, no excuses.

Let's go.

Hella :flabbynsick: folks in the prime of their life finna be spawning up in the gym like sockeye salmon from January 1st to March 15th. :hhh: Just taking up space for two and a half months, not wiping down/putting back shyt and then doing the same bullshyt that had them :mjcry: at the end of the year.



And black people need to get that shyt together the most. Coli dudes always talk about black folk being top tier genetically but steady causing the obesity stats to be fukked up like a football bat. :mindblown:
