dinner was a bowl of green beans and some chopped chicken breast about 3/4 cup worth

bout to hit these streets with the wife later so I know I'm gonna end up cheating on this lil meal plan 🤣

boring as hell but I can deal with repeat meals better than most people I think

My bootcamp gives us meal plans and I just randomly found one from Golds Gym online.

I really don’t have any excuses. Just have to dedicate the time to meal plan.

had 5 Jameson and ginger ale's last night and a mcdouble and a large fry 🤣

so I got up and got it out the way this morning before these games start because I will be eating like shyt today again
