I know everyone is on a Arteta hate crusade right now, but he said what I have heard many managers say and what most would say for how Pepe got sent off.
"He let the team down and he knows that" has been said plenty of times for similiar incidents.

Your not going to ever mince your words when your player gets sent off for a stupid headbutt.

Look at all the non playing personnel upheaval, since 2018. Managers, CEO's, Department Heads all gone. And that not including whoever else who wore a suit who left pre Rona. Does that really look like a stable company to you? That kind of high ranking personnel turnover usually happens after a takeover not with a stable owner.

The poor communication with other clubs like ASSE & Atletico. The Kos fall out. Ramsey contract. I know I'm forgetting something else, where Arsenal either pissed off a club or a player.

Not by any means but that's what happens when you go from someone like a Wenger or Fergie type who dominate the football side. I didn't expect Arsenal to flounder so badly given they saw what happened at United and I thought the football structure under Gazidis seemed sensible and could work with Raul and Sven under him but he dipped early.

Arsenal tried bringing in Marotta, Monchi to run the football side. Ultimately both backed out but I'll give the Kroenke's credit for at least trying to bring in the type of profile needed to run the club when you have an absent owner. The trusted the wrong people and got burned. While I wish they were smart like FSG most owners aren't. If Arteta and Edu were good at their jobs, they could exploit the current system imo. Raul did to some extent and he got canned because he was still money.

Doesn't help the Kroenkes Milan under Gazidis are top of Serie A and Villarreal are near the top of the table with Emery.

Arteta has improved your defending. That game yesterday under Wenger last years or under Ebening you would of lost handily. We've all seen those away day beatings Arsenal have taken over the years to non top 6 teams. And also you aren't getting raped pillaged and plundered vs Liverpool and Citeh like you have been doing. Yeah the football is scrappy and un-entertaining but your squad is old and not good enough. We all know Iberian coaches are frauds and their football is very overrated.

With the players he has, I don't expect much but it's the other things Arteta does that worries me.

• Micromanagement of players: He tells them every pass to make.
• The lineups are horrible: I gave him a pass with the midfield because the talent aint there but his front 3s never work because they defy football logic. Yesterday was better but barely, Willian should never be in a front 3 at his age. It could work if he was deeper.
• Misusing attackers (Willock, Pepe, Willian, Ozil): I'm not under the illusion Ozil can still be the player he was but his profile is needed to connect the midfield with the attackers and help retain the ball. All of Arsenal's attacks die after 3 or 4 passes because everyone is static and/or can't see runs, Saka is the only one with vision and fluidity and that's why he stands out.
• His man management is suspect (Bellerin, Ceballos, Willian, AMN): Ainsley made a mistake against Sheffield and has hardly played since. Willian can go to Dubai with no punishment. Ceballos has fought two teammates and nothing. He applies his rules to the players he likes.
• Handling of young players: Saka is going to tear his knee up with how he's being used. Saliba's situation is delicate but could be handled better if they were transparent and appeared to have a plan.
