Chelsea finishing in he bottom half of the table
I wonder what Clearlake Capital does to handle this

Do they put more equity into the business? Raise more debt? Sell some players for the low?

Looking forward to see what happens to Chelsea this summer? Shambolic situation thats only been exacerbated by the foolish spending.

Never liked Chelsea even before Roman but this is sad, if they get the next couple of months wrong in terms of sacking or not sacking Potter and hiring the right person it could have long terms implications. No european football next year, financial fair play, possibly falling into a relegation battle:francis:Could be just the beginning of a dramatic fall from grace.

I still don’t understand why Chelsea, one of the biggest football clubs in the world signed potter. He was a manager of a mid table table team and even his record there wasn’t that impressive. There were no signs that he was some upcoming talented manager who needed a big club to show his talents so his utter failure at Chelsea should be no surprise to anyone.

Not only did they sign this waste of space, they gave him a five year contract :mjtf:

We’ve gone from Abramovich, one of the most ruthless owners in club football who built almost twenty years of constant success to a bunch of fukking clowns destroying the club in less than a year :snoop:

The Roy Hodgson effect. Had one good season at Fulham, took them to the finals of the UEFA cup. Next thing you know, Liverpool hire him, he fails there and ‘somehow’ he then gets the England job.

Failing upwards if you’re apart of the good Ol’ boys club. :mjpls:
