Cesc always played well in the 1st half of the season and completely disappeared in the second half. He also had no set position because he could not be trusted to control the game like Xavi or to penetrate like Iniesta. Iniesta played on the wings at times and still killed it. I dont know which Cesc Chelsea expect to get, the one who left Arsenal playing as an advanced midfielder and the nomadic Barca one or the earlier version.They seem to think he will play alongside Matic but it has been a while since he appeared there.
