Got to be patient. We are in a lot of ways going out there playing with no real direction. Need a real coach with a game plan that doesn't include giving the captains armband to Will Trapp. Honestly the next four years I think that we'll have a lot of game like this against the good teams. After the next World Cup (hopefully can make it out of Concacaf?) I think we'll start to see the team get better. Remember Pulisic is only 20, Weah is 18, Sargent is 18, Mckennie is 20, Adams is 19, Steffan is 23. If some of these guys can live up to their potential and even get some quality out of Carter-Vicker, Palmer-Brown, Miazga in the back we'll be in a decent spot. The U-15 & U-17's are in some ways the real future. Got to get some of these guys playing for quality teams ASAP.

100% correct. Still mid table German teams are much better then top tier MLS and USL teams.

Surprised he hasn't lined up to play vs Blind, considering the pace differential between the 2. Then again VVD plays on the left as well, so it's probably easier to go down the Dutch right.

Also, Ryan Babel looks super washed. To think that 10 years ago he was scoring against Arsenal in the Champions League quarters. :wow:

I feel you... but if the identity of the team and the direction isn’t in place.... why did the USA even agree to these friendlies they coulda easily passed because it’s really just random. These kids aren’t gonna get better just playing they need leadership. Shoulda just held out until after the new coach is in place. Now with all that being said I agree with you and the Will Trapp. The major thing is the midfield play is non existent... it’s mostly the “wingers” making moves and they aren’t even trying to pass through the midfield they are going for the homerun play every time and that’s just unacceptable especially from a guy like Yedlin.

I also hate the CDM role Bradley plays and Will Trapp is now a victim of...
