Chelsea needs to completely overhaul the team.
I would cash in on Eden Hazard (and possibly Courtois) and rebuild the entire team with young prospects from the other top European leagues combined with young players from the Academy and Reserves. The only +25 players I'd keep are Willian, Morata, Azpilicueta and Kante. Everyone else from the old guard can go (you'd have to keep a few English players to meet quotas). The defense (wings) and midfield (especially central) need to be completely overhauled. They need to give Fabregas a ticket back to Spain to finish his career there.
Chelsea should have thrown serious money at Emenalo when he asked to resign. Crazy to think this club had both De Bruyne and Salah at one point....heck, even Lukaku.

that's a win for PSG.
he can be stubborn and sometime his rotation leaves you
(part of the reason is because Dortmund had super average players) but he can coach good attacking football and he will have far superior players at PSG.
