Chelsea have no conventional superstar players so I'd imagine he coaches the shyt out of them and they accept it. Not a single one of the Chelsea players has said a bad word about him so far and nothing has been leaked; even guys like Giroud who had legitimate reasons to be disappointed praised him on the way out.
