I always felt that there was zero creativity from the middle.

liverpool has that problem but they have Salah , Mane and their full backs to make up for it. need one of those midfielders from Lyon or that Luka Modric look alike from Rennes. all creative players who are good in possession and shielding the ball.

Ziyech looks young because he's built like a child.

When Lukaku makes the right run one of three things happens:

1) the run isn't spotted
2) the run is spotted but the pass to him isn't good enough
3) his control lets him down.

To be totally fair, Chelsea's form fell off a cliff when long-term injuries to Chilwell and Reece James killed their wingback play. Lost all their dynamism when Alonso and Azpilicueta replaced them.

Also Chelsea haven't had a covid break like almost every other club in the league. They've played 5 more league games than some teams, plus two Carabo semi games, plus Europe etc etc etc some of these guys are running on empty. Season started well but it's been a disastrous 6-7 weeks.
