Best weather, best nightlife, best food, cheap, everyone friendly and most important safe. Wake up in the morning hop on a boda and go into the market for grasshoppers and matooke

Rwanda is safe but boring, kenya you gotta watch your back although i never had issues though. East africa is easy to get around once you have the east africa visa all 3 of those countries are just a hour flight from each other.
