I really want to make a sitcom on an African family in America.

Well a start, is too shoot a pilot and get a buzz goin on all the social media/video sites ala utube/vimeo etc

Could easily do 4 15 min eps, which is more than enough, considering most sitcoms have scheduled programming slot for 30 mins and shows have an actual running time of 20-23 mins.

Pretty bad. I took it out for my running, only songs is didn't skip were Collard Greens and Gangsta. That Tyler beat (I'm assuming he produced it) is one of the most annoying beats I've heard in some time.

Should add on, your costs shouldnt even be that high, dont have to pay for actors because a) they whore b) they want the work, maybe pay for a location if you cannot get one, may have to fork out for a sound guy and possibly an editor but alot of camera people double up as editors anyway so if you can find one who will work for free even better and most of the people you need have their own equipment anyway so it saves hiring it out unless you going for that high high quality picture i.e the red cam. At most the only thing that should cost you is refreshments and possibly peoples travel expenses.
