Actually believe Arsene is gonna do madness.

I know he believes in Wilshere and Wilshere's ideal position is sitting deep but Arsene got 2-3 years to win the CL. All his moves seem to be very short term focused. Aurier would've been brought 5 years ago for instance but he bought a 28/29 year old RB. Doesn't seem as focused on money as before.

When has Wenger ever been open about his transfer business? Ever since Mata he has been real guarded.

I thought his comments right after the FA Cup Final were interesting. Pretty much this team doesn't score enough and he needs to make up about 30-40 goals to match Liverpool and City.

Unless Wenger is talking to French or other foreign press I don't read much into it tbh.
