There's too many ? marks on that side of the ball for me to have much confidence. Will Hinton Mazi make plays this year? Can Clink work magic particularly if they gonna run Gray out there. Only non question marks on our defense is Hutch Dax maybe Hawkins& Ross should be interesting. Starting out vs WMU they have a good offense so we'll see

At OLB, Barrett (our ‘viper’ last year) got his job swiped by Nikhail Hill-Green. Looks like Corums run in the hill outta the ball. D. Edwards looks too good to keep off the field too.

Yeah I've read the same one thing I'll say about Green he started out terrible but he'll make some plays. I do think he can be somewhat serviceable. Will Johnson is starter from day 1 when he get's to campus

That sounds like a great time, definitely have fun with it. Tell Hunter to stay in school.

I mean they should win 9 games... I just don't see it. Off-season chatter doesn't mean anything to me in year 7. Not liking the coaches isn't why they were humiliated by Sparty last year. I'm glad they're going to focus on running the football since RB and OL are the strongest positions on the team. However, even if Macdonald gets the defense right, like Mattison did in 2011, he's still a first time DC and there will be a learning curve.

Right now I give the advantage to Wisconsin, Indiana, psu and osu, especially with Harbaugh's track record in those types of games. Since it's a home game I have Michigan beating UDub, but that's literally the only reason. While Penix's health isn't a guarantee neither is victory against Sparty. Then you have to trap games @Maryland and @Netrashka (yeah I know but it's @Netrashka). 7-5 seems realistic, but we'll see. It's not like he's getting fired either way (he'd have to go 5-7 for that).
