A couple initial questions:

  • Is Michigan trending up in late signings for recruiting? Who are targets @Trust Me
  • Transfer portal - in or out, how's it looking?
  • Is Jake Moody eligible to come back and is he
  • Same for Ronnie Bell
  • Do we expect JJ to transfer if we do the same QB shenanigans
  • Y'all going to any games this year? I typically visit a² in September so I probably will Maryland

The top late target is an offensive lineman from Washington. We just had a center transfer in who is elite. Ronnie Bell is back. I think JJ wins the job outright.

It seems we got someone in touch with things recruiting, still hate we not going into Ohio after good talent. Texas and Cali may become a bit harder to get talent as Riley tries to wake up that sleeping giant in Compton, and Texas/Oklahoma joins the sec.

we won’t get many transfers because Michigan goes out it’s way to not getting any advantage, so they kill a lot of credits

JJ gives and takes away, he still has some maturing to do, but many have concluded it’s JJ or bust I’m not pressed to change per say, all McNamara has done is won the big and beat osu

I expect JJ to mature and get more discipline...hopefully he does, proves it, and wins the job

I think what it comes down to is that to beat the elite teams you usually need to be able to throw the ball. That’s how Alabama beat Georgia. It’s how Clemson beat Bama, etc. The point is, there’s a ceiling with Cade’s arm. JJ needs to develop more touch on his passes but there are no games on the schedule next year that you think we win with Cade that we don’t with JJ so you go with the better talent and hope he matures.

All McNamara did was hand the ball off

If your going to play a qb like that your defense better be elite

Cade made timely throws and good decisions. He just never attacks the middle of the defense. Like that throw JJ made to All - Cade never even attempts that throw and it’s the throw Bryce made to beat Georgia again and again.

Nah, don’t short that man like that

Bryce threw deep, he also had time, and people wide open, there are limitations to Cade, but we have to get time, and athletes at that wr position

A couple initial questions:

  • Is Michigan trending up in late signings for recruiting? Who are targets @Trust Me
5* Josh Conerly OT - Washington. (Still has us on top, but a lot of people think he's feeling USC after the Lincoln Riley hire. 50/50 if he comes to A2)
4* Kevonte Henry Edge - Cali. (He's technically committed to us still, but a lot of people are thinking he ends up elsewhere. He didn't sign early. Lots of rumors about dude.)

  • Transfer portal - in or out, how's it looking?
Lots of good news and rumors right now. Erick All is coming back which is BIG. Both Moody and Robbins are rumored to be coming back too. (REALLY big) Ronnie Bell's coming back. Ryan Hayes will be back. Mike Morris is coming back. There were rumblings from an insider on 24/7 that there is gonna be a real head scratcher regarding a guy that's more than likely coming back. This dude posts quite a bit.. and when somebody guessed Dax Hill.. the poster dipped and hasn't been back on the forums. That would be perfect.

On the flip side, not everyone can come back. Ojabo was actually thinking about coming back, but its kinda fukked up for him. Because he's here on a green card and student Visa.. he cant earn NIL money. So he hasn't made a dime.. and he needs to take care of his family. So it's almost guaranteed that he dips. The green bros at corner are more than likely gone. Vincent (Morgan Trent) Grey is rumored to be leaving too. I can say I'm mad about that. Couple of other guys that didn't play much are gonna go too. George Johnson and Andre Seldon being two of em.

  • Is Jake Moody eligible to come back and is he
Answered above. More than likely coming back.(Robbins the punter too)
  • Same for Ronnie Bell
Yep.
  • Do we expect JJ to transfer if we do the same QB shenanigans
As good of a year that Harbaugh and Michigan had.. I think he knows that in order to get over this new hump, and win when it counts, you've gotta be able to stretch the field. I think he knows that JJ can do that for him. I expect JJ to start next year. I'd like Cade to stick around and back him up, but if he doesn't, I get it. Teams would be lined up to bring in Cade.
  • Y'all going to any games this year? I typically visit a² in September so I probably will Maryland
I wanna go to a game next year for sure. Just not sure which. Lets keep this discussion going into next season. Lets see if a few of us can get up.

It seems we got someone in touch with things recruiting, still hate we not going into Ohio after good talent. Texas and Cali may become a bit harder to get talent as Riley tries to wake up that sleeping giant in Compton, and Texas/Oklahoma joins the sec.

Bingo. Michigan only accepts a maximum of 60 credit hours from any transfer that isn't a grad transfer. So basically, if you've been in college for 2 or more years, the chances that they'll wanna come to Michigan is slim to none. Unless they're ok with UM straight up debo'ing credit hours from you.

I hate feeling like I'm shytting on Cade (and I'm not).. but let me ask you a quick question. Why does Cade never seem to have any open receivers, but when JJ comes in, dudes are catching the ball in space, and in tight windows?

You've gotta have balls and confidence in your arm when you play QB at this level. I dont think Cade has either. The percentage at which dude checks down is outrageous. And not only checking down.. but checking down hella fast. With no pressure in his face. That shyt would eat me up.
