This was a complete 180 from the last Halloween episode and it was great. Great storyline for Mitchell, Cam and Lily. Lily, in particular, is coming into her own. The stenographer with the spider costume was dope. Gloria calling Jay Ben Franklin was funny as hell too. Claire was on fire this episode.

Lily is starting to annoy me, however Phil coming out in the tye dye suit with that pissed off look on his face was

"Who hurt you?....I'm kidding. I know it was Jay and DeDe." - Phil da GAWD. I've never watched an episode where dude didn't produce a big ass smile on my face. Ty Burrell is gold.

Mitchell is probably my favorite character next to Phil. He's like a non-cartoon version of Lionel Hutz.
Julie Bowen makes some of the best facial expressions. She doesn't have to say shyt and I'll start cracking up.
Good episode. I definitely appreciated this a lot more than the previous Halloween themed show.

The same goes for cam and Lily. But when they are in a group or with other characters they are hilarious

Great episode. The Haley-Andy twist was hilarious and it's funny to see her parents notice their thing. Also, a win for Phil is win for everybody. 
I wonder if they made Phil untroubled about Haley because he was present during her meltdown earlier in the season. Just an observation.

Good to see Gloria's perspective about being the only person in the home that treats English as a foreign language. Manny has been refreshed as a character this season in regards to his relationship with Jay, but the bad still seeps out.

Yo, when Haley said to Claire "Mom, it's just sex", even though I had a feeling it probably wasn't true, for a moment I was like "Yooo okay Andy!". I was hoping he was really fukkin' her, because she's been looking good as fukk this season...but of course not.

Yeah Andy and Phil together is a great comedic combination. I like the fact they do have Haley doing something with her life and not just sitting around, the tag at the end with her in the car freaking out was well done.
Gloria in that red swimsuit and I do like they brought up a very legitimate reason why she would want Manny to learn Spanish, especially when so many jokes about her deal with her accent and poor English.
