In a new video featured in "NBA 2K16," a few details about the upcoming "NBA 2K17" were revealed. While many of the reveals in the video were made in jest, there were some actual details revealed.
According to Ronnie Singh of 2K Sports, timed-locker codes will make their return in "NBA 2K17."
"Locker codes are coming back and they are timed locker codes. They're user-based. They're actually timed-locker codes. That's what the community wants and that's what's coming to 'NBA 2K17," said Singh.
It was also revealed that "NBA 2K17" will feature a significant amount of signature animations which you will be able to control.
"The most signature animations you will ever see in any game to date," said Mike Wang of 2K Sports.
And while it wasn't mentioned specifically in the video, it appears that a face scanning app for "NBA 2K17's" MyPlayer will be coming soon. In the video, Singh can be seen holding his phone in front of his face and moving his head in the same way users move their head when using the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One cameras.
