It's okay if you don't friend. Nintendo has done a lot to warrant your mistrust and apprehensiveness. I don't blame you for waiting or not buying it.
I just had fun with Galaxy I and II, Kart, and other games, and I have a little one as well who enjoyed playing along.
It's a no-brainer for me.
I was going to cop this on day 1 just for the hell of it but I can't justify it with that lame ass line up of launch titles. If they drop a new "Zelda" or "Metroid" I will. Or if they get a killer exclusive.

I understand your position. We'll see the reviews for ZombiU, so far they are very good but early reviews still.
Most of the pre-orders were already taken up. Target.com opened up some preorders yesterday, don't know their status.
Nintendo is shipping less Wii U units this holiday season compared to the Wii.

On top of that, the games you named were hot on the NES.
I liked them too. But we many many gens past that now. And nintendo has had many many gems since then. Including a rack of epic games on the Wii but since IGN or somebody else didn't tell you about it?

So basically this gen you same bozo's will be expecting xbox type games on a system that isn't even trying to go that route like that.

I'll admit, while I always planned on getting this just cuz I have kids who prefer the wii over the ps3/xbox. My sonfew's favorite games are the lego games.
And they got a game called LegoLand which is like a GTA with lego's?
I didn't even tell him about this game, I'm just gonna hit him with it on Xmas and he's gonna

I did get a chance to play with the wii-u when I bought Halo 4 from rapestop.
It was the Rayman demo that I've heard a few people in here shyt on.
Well, that demo was AWESOME imo. The graphics were really clean
The controls was tight. I liked everything about it. The controller/tablet fit nice in my hands, and the fact it can be a 2nd screen is cool. My kids will make use of it, and will probably end up breaking it.

But from what I been hearing, its sold out everywhere and won't be back in stock til february. Now I didn't hear it from a source that I can say is reliable, but thats what I've heard so far. I guess only Wal-mart if you didn't pre-order right? 10days to find out, lets share that info so we all can
